This foundational consult sets the stage for deeper work. We’ll assess your needs and goals. The $100 can be applied to any 90+ minute intensive session.

This 90-minute session focuses on targeted healing, addressing specific issues to foster clarity and growth. We'll identify emotional blocks, gentle breath work, and explore personalized coping techniques, leaving you refreshed and aligned.

3-hour Therapy Intensive Session

This two-hour intensive offers a deep exploration of past wounds and emotional patterns through reflective talk therapy and meditation. You'll learn tools for emotional regulation and, leaving with practical strategies for daily life.

2-hour Therapy Intensive Session

This three-hour intensive provides a transformative healing experience through talk therapy, guided meditation, and somatic practices, allowing participants to explore inner child wounds, recognize patterns, and cultivate self-compassion.
